IT Portfolio & Program Management

Governing a large IT portfolio from intake through delivery (prioritisation frameworks, budget control, dependency management, and executive reporting). Built and ran a large IT portfolio at MAN Truck & Bus SE, coordinating across a global automotive IT organisation within the TRATON group. Deep experience with the structures that large corporate IT departments actually run on, business benefits, committee reporting, change control, escalation paths, not just what the textbooks describe.

Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

Turning operational and project data into decision-ready intelligence for leadership. Proficient across the full BI stack, from data modelling and ETL pipelines to dashboard design and executive storytelling. I delivered Power BI environments used directly by CIO-level audiences, accelerating executive decision cycles by 40%. The work is about what leaders can decide with the output, not how impressive the tooling looks.

Machine Learning & Applied Data Science

Applying ML techniques to real operational problems using predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, classification, and regression modelling. Python-based, with a focus on deployable, interpretable models that produce actionable outputs rather than academic experiments. A CS degree on top of eighteen years on the operations floor is what tells you which ML problems are worth solving and which ones just add another thing to maintain.

Enterprise Platform Implementation

Full lifecycle implementations across ServiceNow (PPM/ITSM) and LeanIX (Enterprise Architecture): data migration, process redesign and user adoption. Ran concurrent product ownership across both platforms while maintaining a live ServiceNow environment used across a major European automotive manufacturer. Knowing how ServiceNow and LeanIX are actually configured and integrated not just how a PM sees them is what lets you catch bad decisions in design review instead of three months after go-live.

Designing and embedding governance structures that hold up in complex corporate environments. At MAN/TRATON, maintained full compliance across a multi-country IT organisation operating under group-level scrutiny. The experience covers both framework design and the organisational work of making it stick across teams that didn't choose it. From EU data act to international audit processes.
